She recently received the prestigious Mandel fellowship for her Jewish standup comedy and was featured at Limmud UK. Antonia's comedy is proudly made for Jewish nerds, by a Jewish nerd! At heart, she's a Jewish anthropologist who just wants to understand why torah covers look LIKE THAT? Her material goes far beyond bagels and overbearing mothers to tackle the most pressing Jewish issues of our time:

  • Why does every progressive rabbi describe everything as "meaningful"?

  • Should we just let the Chabad menorah cartels run the world?

  • Why can't we eat chicken parm???

Her audiences include Orthodox Jews, Reform Jews, Jews who insist they are "just culturally Jewish," and confused non-Jews who thought they were attending a lecture and accidentally found themselves singing "Hinei Ma Tov.

MUSIC

Long before she became a comedian, Antonia was the loudest singer in her Hebrew School. She has spent more than a decade leading Jewish communal singing across North America and the UK, including at synagogues, retreats, camps, Limmud UK, IKAR LA, and progressive minyanim.

Her programs help communities rediscover the simple truth that music is a metaphor for community—including the people who can't harmonize. Participants don't need music experience, good voices, or even rhythm. This is Judaism, not American Idol.
